The hotel is quirky and fantastic, nestled in a nice building with courtyard views. the staff are helpful, we liked them. the breakfast is fine. the location is perfect, a short walk to the old town square, the city center, and all the restaurants and bars.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. The room was clean with comfortable beds, I stayed here for 7 nights. The service was absolutely excellent. I didn't feel like leaving and would book here again.

Modern and cosy room with cable channels, a seating area, and a study table. the room includes hypoallergenic pillows and a nice bed. Great location next to the welcoming Kirchenwirt, restaurants, bars, slopes, and the town centre.

The location was close to the town
The hotel was very old and in need of modernisation. The walls are paper thin meaning that you are able to hear conversations in other rooms - word for word!

The service here is exceptional with fantastic city views from the family room, set in a lovely building conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, the Planai gondola, and a restaurant.

The family room was big and warm. the location of the hotel was ideal and nice, in the city centre. It was also a short walk to a leisurely 10-minute walk in ski boots to the Planai 1 lift station and the welcoming Kirchenwirt.
